As a traffic control light with EP1C3/EP1C6 master chip, using VHDL language control program, using MAX+ Plus Ⅱ design simulation results and found that system works good performance. Accordingly designed with the hardware circuit, also achieved control requirements. The design shows the power of VHDL language and excellent features.
