由于互联网的不安全性，为了防止在线电子转账时可能发生的电子偷窃行为，本题需要建立一个脱机的银行业务操作程序。
题目要求：
-本题要求在计算机上模拟一些基本的银行业务，界面要显示以下功能：
建立一个新的账户（包括两种：转帐帐户和存款账户，转帐帐户可以负债,存款帐户不能负债,但是具有相对较高的利息）。所以客户在建立一个新帐户时，需要进行选择。
向其他户头转账
存取现金
察看账户现金状况
-每个用户资料包括姓名，密码，账号，要存储在每个客户自己得数据库中，并且以后也将从这个数据库中调出。
-当用户在程序中给出不同的指令时，计算机要执行相应的操作，比如：扣除每月的房租，每年的利息，工资进帐等等。
-每个客户的每次交易（包括存，取，转账）都要存储下来，以便客户查询资金状况。
