二、固定资产管理系统
（一）必改内容：
1、建立卡片时，部门的提示不完整，没有进行多级提示。
2、固定资产卡片建立时，其单价缺少控制，不符合财务制度的规定。
3、固定资产累计折旧数额不应超过原值，此软件不符合财务制度的规定。
4、固定资产卡片一旦建立，初始化后不应允许修改，而此软件则违反了这个原则，不符合有关财务制度的规定。
5、固定资产转移时，可以改变固定资产卡片内容，这是非常严重的事情，必须修改。
6、固定资产进行日常操作后，进行卡片查询时，计算机提示：显示格式错误。
（二）建议修改内容：
1、折旧方法在选择为“不提折旧”时，应有系统提示。
2、在查询时，系统提示不清楚，菜单提示不准确，用户难以掌握。
3、固定资产进行变动时，在修改卡片时，应有准确提示。-err
