UDP是轻量级，不可靠，面向数据报的，无连接的协议，也能够与可靠性不是非常重要的情况下。
在Qt平台下编程，实现简易的本地主机的UDP报文传输。
QUdpSocket类用来发送和接受UDP数据包，这里的Socket简单来说就是一个IP地址和一个Port端口号，其中IP地址制定了网络中的一台主机，而端口号制定了该主机上的网络程序，这样使用套接字就可以实现网络上两台应用程序之间的通信。
