应用背景主要是将.mp4、.mp3、.ts等的格式的音频流或者视频流经过live555的流媒体编解码，然后通过VLC播放器播放出来，或者一路IPC的画面，经过live555的流媒体代理，可以实现上百个人共享一路画面，实现资源的共享关键技术将不同格式的数据流经过live555转成rtsp数据流，然后通过VLC播放rtsp数据流，在windows环境下，用vs2010开发live555，主要是在开源的live555下面修改了一些BUG，使其更加稳定、操作性更强。
