wifi智能小车
实现stm32控制器下面的wifi模块，外部通过安卓给单片机发指令，单片机接受后控制小车前进与后退，实现全程控制。
优化刹车功能，（暂时用漂移代替），
优化速度调节，及wifi配置模式进入（+++）
可以实现wifi程序控制，但是控制不稳定，速度调节变化太大。
说明：库的版本为v3.4。
