本系统是我参加ESRI大赛的一个作品
主要利用GIS功能对水土流失模型USLE中的各个因子的提取（如根基降雨量站点插值生成等值线，利用等高线生成TIN提取坡度，坡向等）再生成专题图输出。系统包含数据采用的ACCESS,有对数据库的通用操作，以及各种绘图分析，如对年、月、日的降雨量，流量等的图形对比分析等等。系统功能还算比较完善。
是基于VB6.0+ArcEngine9.2开发，皮肤界面用的是Activebar3.0

安装注意：注意：程序FTP上传的话必须使用二进制方式上传，否则无法打开。
程序压缩包解压后得到2个文件夹：
-uploads(文件夹) 程序主要文件，文件夹里面的文件，使用FTP以二进制方式上传到你的空间根目录下
-rewrite(文件夹) 程序默认的4种常用伪静态规则(注意是默认的)，复制相应的规则文件到程序根目录下，后台可生成规则
1.第一次运行程序会自动跳转至安装页面，根据提示进行安装。
2.data，uploads，template 文件夹需要给读写权限
3.默认后台入口为http://您的域名/admin.php，安全建议修改重命名admin.php文件
4.如果你的主机不支持伪静态，后台需要关闭伪静态开关
