哈夫曼编码和解码 JAVA
这是我的报告我先进的数据结构和算法的类。
哈夫曼编码是在压缩和解压缩文件后面的算法。这个算法的思想是这样频繁的字符将会有较短的编码，而不是频繁的非字符创建一个可变长度的编码系统。
而不是使用通常的 ASCII 或 Unicode 编码系统，新的编码系统用来减少存储相同的文件所需的位数。
研究发现，哈夫曼编码也是例子的无损耗压缩。
