说明： 这是按照前面我发的从零开始学习ucosii手册，编写成功的模板。芯片是stm32f103c8t6，移植在f103芯片上，都是同理可得。记住虽然可以直接拿着用，但是要修改对应的IO口哦，程序效果是led小灯闪烁。（有一个问题我也不太清楚，理论上c8t6的启动文件应该是startup_stm32f10x_md.s，但是用它却不能成功。用startup_stm32f10x_hd.s却成功了。）(This is a successful template written in front of the uCOSII manual that I started from zero.
