This class can load any 8, 16, 24 or 32bit bitmap, but internally works with 32bit bitmaps. The results can be saved as the 24bit bitmap on the hard disk, or it can be drawn on the device context (DC).-This is a bitmap type of operation, not dependent on MFC, can be achieved bitmap rotation, mirror, transparent, distortion effects, etc. is very brilliant, very worthy of recommendation.
