这实际上己经是IISLogView的第三个版本了，最初写它的原因是实在无法忍受用记事本去查IIS的日志文件，所以就用BCB写了个小程序，当时的功能也十分简单，就是把IIS的日志文件塞到一个表格控件里面去，让它看起来舒服些。后来又添加了简单的筛选过滤功能，只是使用基本的字符串比较加上一些逻辑组合。因为是为读取IIS日志而设计的所以便命名为IISLogView了，不过实际上它已经可以支持所有的W3C格式的日志文件了，包含WINDOWS防火墙的日志文件。
