包括两个部分：服务器端和客户端。
基本功能如下：
服务器端：
向所有客户端发送消息；转发消息；发送声音数据给客户端。
客户端：
显示当前在线用户；向某个用户发送消息；接受服务器端发送过来的声音。
这个程序可能看起来有点乱，因为很久没用JAVA了，但是最近别人要我帮忙写一个，所以就。。。
希望能够起到抛砖引玉的效果。
