应用背景
1.当打开窗体时，有一个飞碟从窗体的左上方运行到右下方；
2.移动 右边的滑块 可以调整动画的垂直速度
3. 移动下发的滑块 可以调整动画的水平速度
关键技术通过组件TTimer 控制飞碟移动的速度，使用TPaintBox绘制动画，使用TTraceBar组件调整动画的速度。设置各个参数，调整适当的距离，完成对各属性的设置
