实验名称：看门狗实验
功能描述：使能系统看门狗。
如果将PA0连接到LED上观察到实验现象为LED灯闪烁。
如果连接到SPK上将会听到SPK间歇性鸣叫。
如果将watchdog_init() 注释掉或者将WDT_off() 前面的注释去掉则将看门狗禁止
此时连接到LED上观察到的现象为LED常亮
实验目的：熟悉看门狗的操作
实验说明：MCU--M16
