定时文字弹窗提醒或定时关机
可以实现定时文字提醒和定时关机的功能，定时时间可以手动输入24小时制的时间，定时开始后会显示倒计时，可以实现两种定时功能，一种是到了定时时间时进行弹窗提醒，弹窗里的文字可以预先Z自己输入设定，另一种功能是到达定时时间后进行自动关机。在定时过程中可以隐藏程序窗口。
