基于TCP的FTP文件传输协议
本系统分为客户端和服务器端，采用服务器监听客户端发来的Sockets连接请求，服务器端监听到请求后可与客户端建立网络连接，服务器端的文件显示在其所设置的下拉列表中，客户端可以选择自己所需的文件，从服务器端下载文件。文件传输完成后，进行连接释放即可。
