在GPS车载中用于报站中多段语音合成报站功能，节约录音书，比使用飞科TTS语音更快捷，读音更流畅，节约空间。
比如“某某站到了”，只需将站名事先录制，然后与“到了”这个录音文件合成即可立即播放，合成速度小于1ms/字
参数说明：fromFileAddress为需要合成文件物理路径集合（字符型）
toFileName为输出合成完毕文件物理路径（字符型）
返回值：合成是否成功
调用方法：
