供高质量的影音节目，满足基本的
互动需求，限制了新业务的推广和
新商业模式的采用。欧洲的DVB组
织在原有的DVB-T架构下，制订了
新的地面数字电视广播回传标准
DVB-RCT (Return Channel Terrestrial)
来支持互动服务。本文阐述了该标
准的关键技术及应用。-A one-way terrestrial digital television broadcasting, due to the lack of return mechanism, can only give users high-quality audio-visual programs to meet their basic needs of the interaction, limiting the promotion of new business and new business models adoption.
