基于opencv实现图像小波变换
本程序通过滤波器组实现图像的小波变换和逆小波变换，同时也将小波变换用于去噪的两种方法：硬阈值去噪法和软阈值去噪法都写了，在去除图像噪声后能够重建图像达到很好的效果。此外，本程序可以实现多层小波变换，通过参数的设置从而实现。
