基于ARM Cortex-M3内核的STM32F103RBT6处理器为核心构建柔性锁相环的硬件实验平台，在STM32中模拟出三相电源电压，并在子程序中实现了SRF-PLL、DDSRF-PLL与DSOGI-PLL三种锁相环，通过IO口并行输出锁相结果，再通过DAC转换为可观测的模拟信号。源码包中包含了软件工程与硬件电路原理图两部分。
