步骤1读取wav格式音频数据（存于数组）2对数组进行分帧操作，即设定固定帧数进行分类3编写MFCC模块代码，实现MFCC参数的计算编译通过，MFCC的C++实现MFCC的特征选取，最后提取了13维左右最后结果保存在文件中
