Memo system, achieved under LINUX system
“忘录管”功能需求：
1、 登录功能。
程序运行后，进入登录界面，用户需输入密码。若正确，则登录到系统，否则，允许用户重新输入密码，最多3次，否则不允许登录。
2、 新增记录
增加一条新的备忘录
3、 删除指定记录
根据指定的条件（如标题、时间）从备忘录中删除一条记录
4、 删除无用记录
根据flag标志删除已经提示过的记录
5、 修改记录
根据指定的条件（如标题、时间）备忘录修改一条记录，可以修改标题、内容以及提示时间
6、 备忘提示
创建线程，当记录中设置的时间与当前系统时间相等时，将记录内容输出，提示用户。
