使用Microsoft Speech Engine 生成英语单词Wave格式文件
如何获得英语单词对应的语音文件？ 难道要找人录制？
有个简单的方法，只需要几行C#代码。
就是使用.net库的System.Speech.Synthesis 把指定的单词输出成wave格式的文件，是22050采样频率 单声道 16位语音格式。
示例代码采用Microsoft Lili这个人的发音，可以选择其他的。
