"Elapse"表示流逝的时间，具体流逝的时间参见ElapseTime的所在行；
2、如上表例，顺序读取可以获得信初始时注册了1号、2号、3号、4号四个Timer, TimeOut时间分别为5毫秒、3毫秒、10毫秒、15毫秒；
