本系统利用凌阳SPCE061A单片机原理,设计了一种双向超声测距系统,与一般的超声测距系统相比,除具备一般测距系统具有的功能外,该系统还具有低功耗、高精度、工作可靠、人机交互界面友好等优点。由于超声传播速度与环境温度相关而采用声速温度自动补偿技术,根据测量不同距离和不同的反射材料,回波信号强度从几毫伏到几百毫伏变动,因而采用两片AD603组成AGC自动增益控制电路与低噪放大器 NE5532 级联使用的方式组成超声检测信号放大电路,提高超声检测系统的检测范围和系统的适应性,使的系统获的较好的整机性能。由于超声波的传播距离与它的振幅成正比,为了使测距范围足够远,可对单片机输出方波信号进行功率放大后再加在超声波换能器上,因而先由三极管8050进行功率放大,再通过由六非门CD4049接成推挽方式的驱动电路将振荡信号的幅度放大一倍,再接到超声波换能器,从而增加了超声波的传播距离,扩大了测距范围。-err
