将openCV移植到DSP上
这是一个可以将OPENcv移植到DSP上的库函数包括CV库等等，比如可以将这个库运用到CCS5.1上，自动生成库LIB也就是EMCV库，这样就可以直接在DSP上直接使用OPENCV函数了，非常方便使用~当然这个库要自己在CCS平台上进行编译

1)完成基本的初始化
2)初始化PIO,IRQ,FIQ,software_interrupt等
3)驱动板上的四个按键(PB1,PB2,PB3,PB4)
4)初始化DEBUG口，Usart1等
5)初始化定时器timer0,timer1等-procedures for the completion of the various demonstration interrupted. At91sam7s64 chips ads1.2 compiler. source : 1) completion of the basic initialization 2) initialization PIO, IRQ, FIQ, software_interrupt three) driver board the four buttons (PB1.
