H31Rss浏览器程序软件本来是专门想为自己的BLOG写的软件，后来看到其它的RSS浏览器，觉得不太好，就自己写了一个玩玩。
这个程序并不是最终版，而且不知道为什么把RSS网页内容读到内存时是乱码，但读HTML则是好好的。不知道为什么会这样，希望高手告知。
