利用vc设计实现一个基于位置信息的通信软件系统，其中使用MapX组件实现地图的载入，利用串口通信获取位置信息，利用socket技术实现通信；能够获取指定位置附近的出租车，从中选取出最近的出租车，并通知出租车当前位置，实现文字和语音的调度功能.
