实现系统通信组。
这个计划的目标实现中央的 sevrer 管理组。我们认为一定数量的 communocation 组。每个组的成员应该是在一个网站上不同时空参考帧也找不到内存常见到网络的各个节点。后者从而形成一个分布式的系统。服务器必须确保操作：-组管理 (创建、 销毁、 插入再成员、 杆件撤除对、 交货清单的一组成员和他们的地址......)，-和扩散的消息提供一致的顺序接收的消息。
