本代码用于多目标跟踪检测，基于最小能量法检测出多个目标，并跟踪下去，并且标记出跟踪轨迹，对于目标跟踪的学习有一定的帮助。里面有文档说明，如何运行代码过程有介绍。此代码要求配有VC2010环境的matlab下运行。
