1：导航栏两边的倒角在这里有一个技巧，先在外层背景设置整个的背景 , 横向填充，然后里面建做浮动DIV层，设置高与外面相同，背景即左倒角部分, 左对齐非重复填充，这样即形成左面的倒角形式。右面 同理。
2：WEB2导航效果，重点，LI左浮动，不设置宽度；a属性设置--块显示，左右填充
