部门管理--部门的详细名称，地址，排序，创建时间，创建人；
人员管理--创建人员的个人基本信息及角色；
菜单管理--所有管理的状态；
操作管理--对所有管理的增删改查操作；

该程序使用vs2005（vb）编写的，使用的时候要求安装
.net framwork 2.0,否则无法运行。欢迎使用。
本人编写该程序的初衷是由于本人的学习arm器件经常
用到地址与需要的存储空间的计算，当然计算器既可以
完成但是过程还是有点繁琐。鉴于这我写了这个程序。
