均方差自适应图像增强源码
C代码结合opencv实现了图像增强，能达到平滑区域更加平滑，边缘及细节区域更加清晰的效果。工程以YUV420为输入，输出也为YUV420格式，也可以用于对单幅图像的处理。用均方差做为衡量图像平滑程度的参数，结合中值滤波和锐化结果作为输出。
