这个代码是利用标准粒子群算法来求解PID控制器参数优化的，本程序利用matlab编程和matlab中的simulink一同求解，并得到了很好的结果，将每个粒子初始值作为pID控制器的最优解，然后不断迭代，得到最优

只有一段不全的m程序，没有simulink，根本就不好运行，纯粹的垃圾，大家不要上当。
