监控进程并重启
基本原理为：1，在后台启动监控程序。2，监控程序一直对设定的进程窗口名称的进程进行监控。3，如果发现此进程窗口没有了或消失了，将自动在后台延时几十秒或设定时间后，然后启动此进程。
