出模糊集合中隶属度值的模糊程度，从而使描述的模糊集合模糊性增强，这种扩展的一型模糊集称为二型
模糊集合，基于二型模糊集合建立的系统称为二型模糊逻辑系统。1999年，美国著名教授J.M.Mendel提
出了二型模糊逻辑及其模糊逻辑系统，并开始了深入地研究，已取得一定进展。二型模糊逻辑系统方
法是一个新的系统工具，于1998年由南加州大学电子工程系的一个工作小组提出并成功应用于时变信道
均化上，效果显著。它克服了模糊集在处理实际对象的不确定性时存在的局限性。国际上有研究机构将二
型模糊逻辑系统方法应用于通信、生物、金融等领域。在国内，二型模糊逻辑系统的研究和开发比较少，
二型模糊系统的应用前景广阔。二型模糊逻辑系统的重要组成部分是基于二型模糊集的模糊推理，它是研
究二型模糊逻辑系统的基础，而目前基于二型模糊集的模糊推理的研究很少，特别是在国内，所以，基于
二型模糊集的模糊推理就显得尤为重要，而且很有实际意义。
