基于SSH框架的基金管理系统，管理员可以新增基金，并添加基金经理；基金经理可以更新每天基金的价格，在更新完价格之后，用户可以看到基金的价格自昨天发生了变化。同时用户也可以申购基金，用户在申购基金时，如果账户余额不足，也能够通过银证转账，来对账户进行充值。（银证转账部分是模拟实现）
