本程序是用winsock API函数编写网络部分，使用MFC编写应用程序框架 在测试时，发现在有的机器上只能做服务器，如果做客户端则无法连接上服务器， 而有的则相反 但在同一台机器上回环测试均成功! 不知道为什么??是不是因为防火墙或是windows的版本问题?不得而之! 使用UDP协议时，有时会出现客户端绑定失败问题!不知为何?-this procedure is used to prepare protocols of API function network, the use of MFC application framework prepared in the test, found in some machines can only do servers, so if the client is unable to connect to server, while others but on the contrary in the same machine loop testing success!
