雷达测速与测距DSP实现
统一设定带宽（BandWidth）、脉宽（TimeWidth）、采样率（Fs）、脉冲重复频率（PRF）、雷达射频（RF）、噪声功率（NoisePower），用MATLAB产生16个线性调频（LFM）脉冲信号，每个脉冲有4个目标（静止，低速，负高速，高速），前3个目标速度和距离固定，第4个目标的速度和距离与学号有关。有3个目标的幅度相同，第3个目标幅度是另3个的一半，且距离与第2个运动目标相同。依次做如下处理：2.1.1 脉压2.1.2 相邻2脉冲做MTI（即相邻2个脉冲相应相减），产生15个脉冲2.1.3 16个脉冲到齐后，做MTD，输出16个多普勒通道2.1.4 改变PRF后，利用两次PRF下不同的速度结果，求不模糊速度2.1.5 选做：对MTD结果做CFAR（恒虚警）
