测试图片说明：（图像路径名请在main函数中AnsiString name="1.bmp" 中设定)
1.bmp、2.bmp用来测试尺度变换后图像的识别；
3.bmp、4.bmp用来测试尺度变换后图像的识别；
2.bmp、2_shift.bmp用来测试平移后图像的识别。
实现输出灰度图、平滑图、边缘图以及双阈值处理后的边缘图；
运行后文件夹应该有Image1.bmp,Image2.bmp,Image3.bmp,Image4.bmp；
