这个模拟器可以被用来衡量和情节网络容量性能和信号干扰比 （SIR） 性能的 LTE 网络与整数频率复用方案与重用因子 1 （IFR-1）。与重用因子 1 的频率复用方法意味着可用的频率资源使用的 LTE 网络中的所有单元格。级 LTE 由两个 Matlab 脚本文件 （LTE_main.m，LTE_configuration.m）、 三个 Matlab 函数文件 （LTE_IFR_sim_dist.m，LTE_IFR_sim_netwide.m，LTE_IFR_plot.m） 和一个 Matlab 垫文件 (bs_user_position.mat) 组成的系统。
