keil下移植，有LED
KEIL 下的UCOSII移植，里面有LED的点灯，点灯是需要按一下按LED灯亮一下，还有串口，不过波特率不准，只实现接收进入中断，其实就是完成了中断进入、信号量创建，对初学者十分有用。此例子用的是KEIL公司的MCB2300开发板，和英蓓特的LPC2300一样，原理图可以在KEIL公司官网上下到。-KEIL under UCOSII transplantation, there are LED
