基于opencv和VS2012的开发环境，可以实现对垂直往下拍摄的视频进行处理，可实现人数的自动计数，一般用于公交车、地铁、商场等公共场所的门口使用，存在一定误差，但是可实现基本需求，对新手来说有很大帮助，不过本人在实现调试的过程中出现了环境版本不兼容的问题，加载视频时就会死机，打开摄像头时会使VS崩溃，在分享程序的同时，也请大家互相交流共同进步。

说明： 行人的检测使用库函数OpenCV里已经内置的行人检测方法，调用OpenCV预先训练好了的HOG+线性SVM模型，能够对图像和视频中的行人进行检测，系统会分别使用两种算法通过矩形条框将图片中的行人框出来。(Pedestrian detection uses the built-in pedestrian detection method in OpenCV library function, calling the pre-trained HOG + linear SVM model of OpenCV, which can detect the pedestrians in images and videos.
