Android 通过LooperThread运行线程持续取得系统时间
Android持续获取系统时间，以一个圆形为例，演示通过LooperThread运行线程持续取得系统时间。
我们需要使用Handler类与Message类来处理运行线程，使用Java的Calendar与Thread类来取得系统时间，在编写代码时别忘了引入android.os.Handler;android.os.Message;java.util.Calendar;等相关类；
在编写时，我们声明一常数作为判别信息用，声明两个widget对象变量，声明与时间相关的变量，声明关键Handler与Thread变量，通过findViewById取得两个widget对象，然后通过Handler来接收运行线程所传递的信息并更新TextView，通过运行线程来持续取得系统时间，改写一个Thread Class用来持续取得系统时间。在取得系统时间方面，我们通过Calendar对象来取得小时与分钟。
编写时的一个关键点：取得时间后发出信息给Handler，当系统发出中断信息时停止循环。。
