在首次运行时，自动生成INI配置文件，网页文件夹和一个测试网页。
默认端口：8080
WebServer.jar为已经编译好的java文件，在Dos下可以（注意要在WebServer.jar所在路径）执行java -jar WebServer.jar，在Dos窗口中会有大量的提示信息。不建议用无Dos窗口的方式使用。
包含三个Class：
HttpServer.java（main）
Response.java
Request.java
