这是一款完全采用VC++6.0底层开发的GIS（地理信息软件），具有绚丽多彩的界面和强大的功能，尤其是地图编辑功能。根据多个购买用户的反馈，对原有的Ver2007做了一些修正（主要是个别难以发现的错误），并增加缓冲区分析和三维功能。
包括：
1、增加点、线、面缓冲区分析功能，包括单个目标和多个目标缓冲区分析。
2、多个目标的选取、查询、删除。
3、关联了鹰眼和主视图，点击鹰眼即可设置主视图的中心。
4、对数据操作时增加裁减判断以加快速度。
5、修正放大缩小的计算偏差，并增加滚轮放大缩小。
6、修正只能打开一个文件，并且不能指定“另存为”的路径。
7、增加“F5”作为刷新的快捷键，右键取消当前操作。
8、双击将当前鼠标点作为视图的中心。
