This surface is essentially an odd aspheric surface with an offset in the aspheric terms.
The sag is given by:
Z = (c*r*r) / (1+(1-((1+k)*c*c*r*r))^ 1/2 ) + a*(r-q)^2 + b*(r-q)^3 + c*(r-q)^4 + ...

软件工程能力成熟度模型（CMM）有五个主要概念：一致的，可重复的，可转换的，定量的，定性的。在讨论这几个重要概念时，将利用项目计划中的IT任务来说明白。
相对于一个从未执行的IT活动，当它一致地执行时，它便可能更为频繁地执行。例如，如果你们公司的大多数IT项目使用事先写好的项目计划，那这些活动将会被一致地执行。意识到一致性并不意味着任务的质量或者价值是非常重要的。因此，某些IT机构会使用MS Project来制定项目计划，一些会用MS Excel，其它的则手写。同样的，项目计划的详细程度也是千差万别的。可重复的是指一个有价值的IT活动，在公司里被一专门的项目组所跟进。例如，一个数据仓库团队可能会有一套标准方法来制订项目计划（包括工具，详细内容，资源命名等）。可转移的则意味着IT活动被标准化并在整个公司中运用，而一个任务的成功将被转移整个公司里。例如，组织内的所有项目计划将被标准化，一致地格式化，并具有相同的粒度级别。定量的是指IT活动的测量，如每个项目制定计划所花的时间将被测量并捕获。定性的是指怎样表示一个任务已完成。
