基于socket的udp通讯
基于socket的udp多线程通讯，在一台电脑上互相发送信，模拟udp通讯PLC，其中的UDPManager位通讯类，包含了socket创建，线程的创建，然后就是对plc发送16进制BYTE数组，根据预先的协议发送命令，通过对接收到的数据的判断得出plc链接仪器的状态以及操作反应。
