TS 分离器
这是一个最基本的TS解包代码，通过查看源码可以学习TS相关的基础支持，比如PAT、PMT的结构等等，也可以了解多媒体的一些基础支持！这个代码不是从VLC等移植过来的，而是原原本本按照ISO的文档实现的对188字节TS流的解析，因此重在原理，实用性未必高！
