VLC player application
应用背景基于VLC2.15的播放库，写的一个DEMO，VLC是个强大的播放器，支持众多音频与视频解码器及文件格式，并支持DVD影音光盘，VCD影音光盘及各类流式协议，它也能作为unicast或 multicast的流式服务器在IPv4或 IPv6的高速网络连接下使用。它融合了FFmpeg计划的解码器与libdvdcss程序库使其有播放多媒体文件及加密DVD影碟的功能。关键技术
1.支持音视频文件播放；
2.支持UDPRTSP网络协议流媒体直播；
3.采用MFC框架编写的，简单易懂；
4.可以通过参数设置调用VLC 硬件加速、网络缓存、解码方式、推送方式等。
5.可以进行轮巡播放，不停切换视频源。
